| This hotel is probably a great place during the winter ski season, but don't go there during the summer off-season. Unlike the Stowe area to the north, Killington is too much out of the way, and there is little night-life, both at the hotel or in the immediate area. The only night-life was a wedding party on the lawn under our room window blaring noise until 10 pm, and closing the only dining area at the hotel that night. The unhelpful front desk offered only offered reasonable help after a call to the police. Even the free "continental breakfast" was not much good. Winter skiers only.

| We were very impressed with the Inn of the Six Mountain's Web site and, of course, the rate we were quoted. We felt it was a deal we couldn't pass up. The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly. The room left a little to be desired - damaged lampshade, closet door and some trim needed painting, the shower was difficult to use. Also, there was no air conditioning, but we were supplied with a fan. Our room was over the courtyard, where people gathered to smoke and chat rather loudly at 7:30 a.m. and 10 p.m. The smoke drifted up to our room through the open windows. We did use the indoor whirlpool and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We enjoyed them very much, but they've all seen better days. We enjoyed the continental breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the meal was excellent. However, the waiter failed to give us the dessert that came with the meal, and we ended up paying extra. Also, the clerk at the front desk couldn't produce for me upon our checking out, which was very annoying.

| The hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. There were holes in the walls and closet doors, the quilts looked old and dirty. The t.v didn't have good reception. The restaurant wasn't open but didn't look that great. The bar was the best area and had good bar food. The pool had too much chlorine. There is no a/c in the hotel so once the snows gone it gets extremely hot - The mountains don't cool down that much at night in the summer. I definately wouldn't stay here again.

| The only problem I saw was there was too much chlorine in the pool and hot tub. Also the hot tub was slightly gritty on the bottom. Otherwise a great place to stay.

| This hotel was likely quite nice at one time, but it is sorely in need of renovation. The hotel is looking tired and worn. The bathroom in our room was in desperate need of an update; shower/tub unit was dirty and damaged, with very slow drains in the sink and shower. The indoor pool area is quite nice, the outdoor pool is ok, but could use a little work; the pool liner was coming loose. The hotel is in a convenient location and affords nice scenery. Hotel can get quite noisy at times as there is little or no soundproofing. With some work, this could be a nice hotel.

| A picture is worth 1000 words, well maybe not in this case. This inn is a fine hotel. It is not as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and they do not have very helpful staff members. The continental breakfast is o.k. but not great. I was not impressed and will not stay at this inn again...neither should you.

| I paid for a "deluxe room with deck". The room was quite small although there was a King bed within. The chairs for the "seating area" had ripped upolstery. The room did not have a door to the deck, it had a view of the deck. Also, the swimming pool was closed for cleaning while I was there. In addition, while the advertise a masseuse on premises, there was no masseuse - I was told the masseuse's back went out. I was not satisfied at all with the service at this hotel.
