| The room seem damp, musty and had knats in the room. I think from the dampness. The bathroom was really small especially the shower.

| The areas around the parking lot and the stairs were dirty (papers on floor, paint chipping). Room air conditioner was either "on" (and freezing) or "off" (and it quickly became stuffy. Continental breakfast was not very inviting. Considering the cost of Los Angeles hotels, some might think that it's a bargain - the room was clean. However, we plan to look elsewhere.

| The hotel is old and has a very musty smell.Could definately use some updateing, new carpets and paint. Also the beds were not very compfortable at all. But if you are looking for a decent price and being able to say you are staying in Beverly Hills it was ok. Also the pool was nice.

| The non-smoking room reeked with the smell of smoke. There were no batteries in the TV remote. And there were no light bulbs in the bedside lamps. But, the receptionists were kind and accomodating.

| The motel is is a bit old and a little worn at the edges. If you are fussy, this hotel is not for you. However, if you care only about basic cleanliness and amenities, this place is a good value for the location. The service was good. The manager allowed me to check in early after a long overnight flight, even upgrading me to a a king-size bed room at no extra charge to allow me to do so. Housekeeping was efficient without being annoying. If you have to be in the Westwood /Century City/ Beverly Hills area, there is no better value than this location. If you are looking for a nice place to stay on your vacation, you might be more satisfied elsewhere.
