| Our Family went to Green Bay to see the Packers play on Christmas Day. After a 6 hour drive, we waited 45 minutes before anyone would come to the front desk. I called the "Emergency" phone number after a half hour. And continued to wait for some one to check us in. I was welcomed in a very unprefessional manner, at least the hotel attendant could have combed his hair... The next time we go to Green Bay, I will stay at a different hotel.

| We had a very hard time trying to find it. We reserved a king room and were given a two double. No air condition or fan.
