| The service was terrible. People were rude. We were staying there for a wedding. We had called ahead and asked for a king room, non-smoking. When my fiancee went to check in at 1pm he was told the room was not ready and had to sit around till 4pm until one was. And, at that point we got stuck with a smoking room which had ashtrays full of cigarette butts and reaked of smoke. It was not clean at all.
