This hotel is very nice. The rooms are nice and big, clean and well maintained. The hotel has a daily happy hour with a free glass of wine or beer and snacks which is always nice after a long day. They also have a free hot/cold breakfast - which is also nice. Close to the highway - easy on/off and close to shopping on Route 46.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly desk person and was told where I could find my room. The hotel was great, everything is new, the rooms are nicely equipped with amenities like a small stove, dishwasher, microwave and full refrigerator. Bathroom had a nice sized vanity outside of the actual toilet and shower room. Bed was comfy, pull out sofa bed was also nice. Breakfast in the morning was pretty good, nice choice of hot dishes like eggs, potatoes, meat and pancakes. Full selection of toast, bagels, pastries and muffins, as well as 2 cereal choices and fresh fruit and 2 types of juice. One other note is that they have a 24 hour gift shop that sells everything from beer and wine to boxed mac & cheese to dog food for your traveling pet! The place we ran into a bit of trouble was with the service. In trying to cancel the last night of our reservation, I dealt with 2 different rude desk people. Both women seemed bothered by my questions and one of the women treated me rudely when the situation certainly didn't warrant it. I think we may have just run into a couple of tired, cranky desk people on a weekend shift. The hotel was so nice that we would definitely look past this one instance to stay there again or try another Sierra Suites location if the opportunity arises.
