| Never been to Pittsburgh before, so picking a hotel out was a bit difficult. Hotel was very clean, and staff was very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Would stay here again. A nice walk to and from either ballpark (PNC and Heinz).

| If you want to experience downtown this is the hotel to stay at. Reasonable rates, spacious rooms, decent food in hotel restaurant, within walking distance of The Strip, PNC Park, subway...Public transport was convenient and inexpensive. Would think, however that the hotel would have an airport shuttle--cab fare more reasonable than express shuttle. Would stay there again.

| The Good: Location, front desk and dining room staff, and the breakfast buffet. The Bad: The valet charge of $22.00 a day is more than excessive. However, there is a public parking garage within easy walking distance (approximately 2 1/2 blocks) that charged $10.00 per day. The Ugly: Daily maid service. We were there for six nights and there was not one day that the coffee pot was cleaned out or the ice bucket emptied. There were two days when the glasses were not replaced. The sink top was wiped down maybe 3 times.

| This hotel is in the heart of the cultural district, near Heinz Hall, The O'Reilly Theater, The Late Night Cabaret, and numerous restaurants-all within a 1-3 block walking distance! The hotel staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast.

| The hotel was nice inside. The area it was ok. Very convienient to Heinz Field. We walked to the Steelers game. The lobby was nice, the people were nice. I was slightly dissapointed with the staffs services. It seemed like they might have been understaffed at times. Breakfast. And room service comes from an ajoining resturant. The food was VERY good. Dissapointed that they ran out of sourdough bread bowls for their awesome chowder!!
