| My wife and I along with another couple, all of us in our mid to late 20's, had a great time here. We stayed in one the resorts condos which was very nice and very clean. We spent a lot of time at the clubhouse right on a nice clean lake with a great little tiki bar to pick up some drinks for the hot tub. There was some pretty good singing for the Karaoke too. We didn't bring our 3 kids this time but have made plans to stay with them. There was more than enough stuff for kids of all ages like a small water park, numerous pools around the resort, minature golf, a whole kids activity staff and the activities on the lake which looked like a lot of fun for the kids. The only thing they don't have is a restraurant in the resort but plenty of great places to eat within a very short distance. We couldn't find anything to complain about except for having to go back home. Definately a place I would suggest to anyone with or without kids!

| I would not wish this place on my worst enemy,it had dead bugs on the floor, the toilet was broken, and it smelled.I could barely sleep because of the stench.Don't even bother going there before 4pm because you won't get in,it was 2:30 and our room was still not ready,I guess that was a good thing after all because we did not want to spend anymore time in that room then we had too.Summerbay resort has some nerve not putting some money into this dump they bought and calling it a deluxe room.

| This was a great place for my husband, my father, myself and my 2 kids under 8 to stay...My boys wanted to stay in the pool all day..The kids's water playground was excellent and better than anything we've seen at a hotel...I wanted to go on it. Super place for the money and worth every penny, this was the first stop on our trip and then we had to switch to another, boy were we ever let down..We would definitely stay again!

| We liked the hotel, enjoyed the music, pool and boats. The only problem is if you are there to go to Disney and the other Theme Parks. It is VERY far out on the road that it is on. Since the Disney shuttle only picks up from the hotel 2 times (both in the morning), it was very costly to use a taxi's to get there at another time. There is public transportation nearby, and we used this instead of the $30 taxi ride-but unless you're okay with public buses, taxi's would be very expensive. Just to get to a local restaurant was over $25 for a taxi. So if you have your own transportation it would be fine. If is also important to note that the shuttles to Sea World and Universal are NOT free.

| We really enjoyed our stay here, the kids loved the pools, and water play area. There were lots of other kids around. the only thing is it was a little bit noisy, next time I would request a top floor condo. It was easy to get to Busch Gardens, and not far from Disney, but not all the traffic hassles. It was great to have the kitchen to make meals, but there are places to eat close by also. I would highly recommend it!

| The room was nice and clean. The property was nice. The main pool was okay. Chairs were all used by 11:00 am. I don't think there should be a charge for the lake facilities. The charge of $5.00 per 1/2 hour makes the resort "cheap". Most places we have attend include non-water sports. I also would recommend moving the motor sports away from where the children swim, they don't need to swim in gasoline and exhaust. My only complaint is when we called to ask for better directions, no one return our calls.
