| The setting was beautiful. I was a bit disappointed that they only clean rooms, empty trash, and provide clean towels to those staying 7 days or more. The person answering the phone late at night didn't know the proper directions to get there as he told us the exit. Not convenient at all if you are taking a student to Flagler college.

| We had a great time! The hotel was really comfortable with oversized rooms (villas) and friendly customer service. The Grande Villas at World Golf Village was a great experience! There isn't room service everyday so be prepared for that, but that was a plus for us. I would recommend this resort to anyone who wants to just get away from it all. The secluded community and grocery on site makes you feel in another world. They are constantly getting better, so I cannot wait for us to go back in the future!

| We had looked forward to our visit to the Grande Villas. First of all, the mapquest directions were not accurate...We could have exited Route 95 and gone directly to the resort within 3 minutes...The directions given directed us 40 minutes out of the way to a remote cul de sac. When we called the resort to ask for directions, the staff person was short with us...acting as though she was bothered by our call. You would have thought it was because they were very busy. However, when we finally did arrive, there was hardly anyone there. The next day we requested clean towels from a maid in housekeeping who said we weren't on her list. She didn't offer to see what she could do about getting them for us. The service left much to be desired!!
