| My only complaint would be the long hairs on the towels. Maybe the housekeeping staff could wear some type of hair covering. Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay. The hotel is close enough to the hustle and bustle of International Drive but nestled away enough to give you peace and tranquility!

| Very pleased with our double queens and pullout room for our family of four. Kitchen spotless and antire room kept clean daily. Staff made accomodations both for our arrival and departure needs and were always friendly and helpful. Busy place with so many families, but everyone enjoying themselves. Convenient area to stay with many food choices and easy access to attractions. Great value!

| We went for a business/family vacation and were looking for something that had a kitchen. It had a great set up but we were extremely disapointed with the fact that it wasn't quite that clean. The stove looked like the previous people just left. With "stuff" still on it.They were suppose to come in daily to make beds and give fresh towels and every third day they were suppose to do the same but also vacuum, run the dishwasher, etc. We declined the daily service but allowed housekeeping to come in every third day and all they did was make the bed(which we straighten on a daily basis anyway) and give fresh towels. The pool was nice and they did have BBQ's for anyone who wanted to bbq. The location was perfect for shopping, universal studios, etc.

| Hotel staff was very helpful . . . I got caught in a thunderstorm before check-in and was soaked, and they were able to check me in to my room earlier than usual. The continental breakfast is good. The hotel rooms are big and nicely appointed, but the entire hotel could use some deep-cleaning. Hallway carpets were stained and the halls smelled of stale cigarettes. I found hair in the dresser drawer and on the "clean" bathroom towels - NOT acceptable. Also, we had to ask the front desk for clean towels because the maids didn't check our room. Overall, this hotel is good for students, families, and budget travelers.

| It was our first stay at Extended Stay and we were satisfied with the nice mattress the beds had,the kitchen with everything needed to prepare a quick meal, the beatiful natural and clean surroundings, the guest laundry, location, and the breakfast. My teenage sons did'nt care for the game room and I was not impressed with room service.Overall, we would not hesitate to go back.

| My husband and I stayed at this hotel in June of 2006. We had a problem with the U-haul truck we were going to drive back to WI with and had to wait for the repairmen to fix it. As the time grew closer to checkout, I went to the front desk to explain the situation. The manager was SO NICE! He said we could stay as long as we needed, not to worry about the checkout time. We ended up leaving about a half hour after checkout time, but it was very comforting knowing that the hotel was simpathetic to out needs. The only problem we had with the hotel was finding it. I called to get the directions, but the girl at the front desk could not accurately give us the directions so we drove around for 1 1/2 hours trying to find the place. It was very comfortable, much like a little home away from home! Quiet, too!

| My family stayed for 5 nights and could not have chosen a better place to stay. Our room was large and very clean. It's location made it accessible to Universal Studios. We would recommend it to our family and friends.
