| If the sticky carpet and stained bedsheets and towels don't bother you - this is the place for you. The room service folded the used towels neatly and put them back to be used - filthy!!! The trash was not taken out - the sheets were stained - the carpet was worn out and sticky with grime - the dishwasher was broken!!!!!

| We stayed for a week and would recommend this hotel for families on a budget. The rate was very reasonable and the availability of a stove and full size refrigerator saved us a lot on meal expenses. The continental breakfast was marginal, but was handy on the mornings when we had to grab something quick. The room was very comfortable and the kids were pleased to find the TV came equipped with a DVD player. The only complaint we had on the room was that the carpet was not as clean as we would have liked. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

| Overall, hotel was okay. Location was perfect, just a few minutes from downtown Disney and not far from Epcot. My complaints would be about mattress/pillows (both too soft). Other minor issues dealt with a seeming lack of "supplies" (like extra towels, pillows, blankets, chairs). Free continental breakfast was alright. For 1-3 people who only want to use the hotel as a "place to crash" after a day out, then it's perfect. For bigger groups, I'd look around.

| Our room was large and comfortable. The A/C worked well especially with 90+ degrees days we had during our stay. The continental breakfast was simple (cold cereals, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and bagels, juice and coffee) but welcome, a nice way to save on some food expense. The only drawback were the rather odiferous food odors I assume were from a previous guest.
