| I stayed at the townplace suites by marriott, because it was close to a hospital where we had an appt the next morning. I heard from a friend to not stay there because her daughter stayed months back and there was feces in the pool!!! I was a bit hesitant but was already inside the cancellation policy. I showed up come to find out the hotel was great, nice clean area, it was almost like a Marriott Village. The room was what I expected, the only thing was I believe they put us in a handicap room cause it had a roll-in shower with a bench, but beside that I would recommend this hotel again. Hate to say but didnt get to check out the pool, maybe friends can be wrong sometimes--keep that in mind.

| A great price and a great value and very personal and supportive staff. My room was clean and well laid out with a great mini - kitchen with a large refrigerator. The staff were very friendly and helpful even when it came to needing transportation back to a vehicle where I had locked my keys. Customer service wins the day for this traveller

| The hotel was clean enough, but the cleaning staff didn't replace the empty kleenex compartment when they cleaned while we were there. The most annoying thing was that at 1:30 am on Friday morning, the fire alarm inexplicably went off. It was shut off before I could even get my shoes on, but no explanation was offered. My husband and I, as well as others on our floor, all stuck our heads out into the hallway to see if any from the hotel was there to let us know if we should evacuate. No one was anywhere to be seen. We did not call the front desk, so I don't know if they would have been able to help us. Other than that it was a nice hotel, but not as "homey" as I have come to expect from most "extended stay" hotels.

| This turned out to be a wonderful place to stay. We were in town for 10 days purchasing a home. The location was excellent-close to shopping, freeways and the airport. The hotel staff was great, they provide a continental breakfast along with hot cookies fresh from the over at night. The housekeeping staff was wonderful, doing our dishes and refreshing our room daily. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will be staying there again as I travel back and forth while my new home is under construction.
