| From the moment we stepped in to this magnificent lobby, we knew we were in for a treat. A beautifully appointed hotel that is small and personal with the most friendly staff that remembers who you are. Our room was a spacious junior suite with a sitting room and a patio for afternoon siesta. The breakfasts, which are provided in the price of the room, was abundant and fresh and delicious. We are planning on going back to Rome annually, and this is the only place we will consider staying.

| I've stayed at La Residenza in Rome twice and both times I have been very impressed. It's a small hotel with great service and all the employees speak English. After a long day in the frentic city of Rome, it was great to return to the oasis of calm at the hotel. I highly recommend it!

| The pictures do not do this hotel justice. It's a lot nicer in person. Located in a quieter area near the Hard Rock Cafe, it was close enough to walk (10-40 min) to most, if not all, historic sites. Check-in is not until noon but they will hold your luggage in the lobby if you arrive early. The staff was top-notch...friendly, professional and very helpful in suggesting restaurants, explaining the local customs, etc. Good restaurants nearby, Metro subway station and Internet Cafe was 5-minutes away. No iron available & my power converter couldn't handle my portable clothes-steamer however, a laundry/dry cleaning service was available. Full complimentary hot/cold breakfast spread (6:30am - 10:30am)with eggs made to order. The hotel can arrange transportation to/from the airport (I recommend this).

| La Residenza is well located within walking distance of The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. It is also close to many shops and restaurants. We found the hotel staff very helpful. We thought the breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was as comfortable as any hotel we have stayed in Europe.

| La Residenza was a wonderful hotel, they arranged for a car ahead of time to get us at the airport. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a beautiful view off of our room veranda. Awesome location, close to main street Via Veneto, easy access to taxi's etc.. Hotel staff very helpful and spoke good english. Definitely would go back.

| We were very happy here. Great location for many of Rome's sites and shopping. Small and intimate, with helpful front desk. Lobby is cosy and free cocktail hour allows fellow travelers to meet. Good breakfast. Rooms were moderate sized with full amenities. Street noise was high in some rooms so ask for inside room.

| This is a small hotel located between Via Venetta and the Spainish Steps. An easy walk to restaurants and shopping. 5 minutes from the rail station by cab. The staff was extremely helpful arranging transportation and tour services. The rooms are spacious and include all the services you would expect for this type of hotel. A complementary fruit basket and water awaited our arrival and the breakfast looked like a brunch with everything you might want including omelettes and pancakes cooked to order. This hotel was recommended by an old friend who used to be a travel agent. It made our stay in Rome extremely comfortable.
