| I was upgraded to a suite on the 8th floor which was great except for the ice machine I heard all night on one side and the eight people in one room on the other. Highway noise is loud, they spent no money on sound proofing the rooms. Service at the pool bar is like molasses in the Canadian winter. Slow might be generous. Food arrived cold on a 95 degree day.

| Turned 25 the last week of June and with friends in hand thought that Hard Rock Hotel would be a great place and we were right! There was plenty of stuff to do from the casino, to the spa, to just lounging by the pool. The room was great, could not hear any of our neighbors. Bathroom was nice, double vanity! :) Room service was speedy and always brought a correct and complete order. Everything was amazing, no complaints.

| This is new hotel with modern ammenites. The room was well designed and comfortable. It was a fun place for adults. I would recommend this hotel to a couple (or group) that wants to have a casino/entertainment nearby. Although the pool area looked inviting, I'm not sure it would be a place for young families.

| Food was great. Staff was excellent. Just one thing wrong was you had to pay for drinks while gambling, never had to do that in a casino before. But that was the only thing we did not like. Atmoshere was bright cheery.
