| Very clean, very lively, very professionally run resort! The casino (slots) are still some sort of bingo game (that no one seems to understand)and I didn't see anyone winning anything. Minus the slots and The Seminole Hard Rock is great!

| Checkin is at 4pm, at 6:30 they still did not have a room available. When we questioned it they said there are never guarantees that you will get a room or if you do when you will get it! The package we purchased was to include a series of coupons for dinner discounts and drinks. When we asked for them they said "oh, yeah, those expired so we had to order new ones. We don't have any today!" Unacceptable. We asked what they would do instead and the desk clerk immediately said "nothing". We asked for a manager who was equally as rude, she explained what happened right in front of us and he then looked at us and said "So what is your problem?" They proceeded to find rooms for us and pushed the keys across the desk to us, never advising where the elevators may be or any assistance. I travel very frequently, this was clearly one of the worst experiences I have had.

| Except for pool area, not meant for children. The only problem we had was cigarette smoke not only in casino area, but seemed to come through bathroom ventilation system in room. All in all, a good experience.

| Great place to stay. The room was perfectly clean, bed was very comfortable. The casino is only slot machines and poker tournament tables. That's it - no other table games. If you can get a good rate ... nothing int he area will beat it.

| The rooms far exceeded my expectations. If you want to have a romantic weekend, you won't be dissappointed. The service of the hotel itself was fine. The employees of some of the stores outside the hotel were less than friendly, some even rude.

| I loved this hotel! Everything in the room was top notch from the deep tub to double sinks to the stereo and most importantly an extremely comfortable bed. I stayed in a king room and it was huge. I would definately stay here again. The only downside is not the hotel itself but that so many areas (restaurants and casino) are smoking. I don't think you can beat the price for the quality of service you get.
