| as we had a break going from america to india in frankfurt we needed a place to stay for the night We stayed there right after football mania had passed. the hotel was very neat and the staff more pleasant than we have seen at places like this. the rooms are quite comfortable, if not that roomy. the bathroom was nice and clean too. for local sightseeing, take the shuttle(every 20 minutes or so) and from the airport get to the hauptbahnhof. everything in frankfurt/main is accessible from there

| Only stayed here one night before flight out. No major issues. It was a warm night, so the lack of A/C was a bit disappointing. We checked in very late and the front desk personnel was not the warmest guy on earth, but he got the wake-up call right which is all we cared about. If you need a place to rest your head before or after a flight, I can recommend this hotel.

| Not air conditioned. Hotel was clean and close to Frankfurt Flughafen so very convenient for early morning flight. There were only two negatives: (a) not a/c; (b) hotel located in boring industrial park with no other foodservice other than at hotel or in the airport itself. However, the food was quite good and not a rip-off.

| I arrived on 10:00 PM and the restaurant and bar services were closed on 10:30 PM. For a Hotel near to the airport this is very annoyng because a traveler needs facilities. So, after having a shower, i returned to the airport had a meal and returned to the hotel paying for a taxi twice. The hotel shuttle service charges almost the same as a individual taxi service charges.

| Hotel shuttle showed up almost right away. It is shuttle number 1. Staff spoke English and I was checked in within minutes. My room was nice size by European standards and my bed linens were high quality. Pillows were amazing. I made use of free internet services downstairs. Wake up call and shuttle arrangements were made efficiently. This hotel is a great value. I had some coffee downstairs, expensive but very good.

| I was visiting Franfurt for only two days and I am glad I stayed at the NH Airport Hotel. It was very convenient to the Airport and the train stations to town. I was meeting a friend there and we were just going to catch up on times and hang out at the hotel. Due to the closeness of the Airport and the shuttle, we opted to take the Bahn (train) into the city and enjoy some of the Christmas and city culture. The trains were very easy to figure out and the stations had shopping and restaurants in them. I had a Great Time and would do this again.
