| I was surprised staying in this hostel, it was pretty nice. You must pay for a blanket (2 euro!) and/or locker but we didn't really need either. They serve you a breakfast which we always were too late for, but it was basically cereal and toast. The staff was pretty helpful, although every time we had a simple concern (updating the keycard every day for example) we had to wait behind people checking in which took forever.

| In our dorm, there were about 14 bunk beds, a gross smell due to the fact that there were no open windows or any way to get fresh air in. We had to get our keycard re-programmed everyday, so we could get into our rooms and bathrooms. The lockers were not available for use, therefore we had to ask the receptionist at the next door hotel if we could lock up some of our valuables, they locked them in a closet. Customer service was not very helpful, nor were they attentive to the front desk. There was never toilet paper stocked in the bathrooms, we had to actually buy our own roll to use. The doors for the bathroom stalls were either missing locks or didn't fit into the frames.
