| We were not impressed with the bathroom/sink area, or lack of. Very small. The room was not very clean, i.e. pieces of food on the floor, garbage around the edges of the bed. We did call and request a new comforter as ous was soiled, and they did bring a new one. The mountain views are awesome, but if you are looking for a clean room, keep looking!

| Staff was exceptional. Room was average. Bathroom, tub, shower, sink area were below average. Complimentary breakfast buffet was above average. I'd stay again but only because of the location. If another decent hotel challenged Buck's at the same price, Buck's would lose.

| The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with incredible views, unfortunately the experience was a let down. The staff was polite but not very helpful. The rooms were comfortable but the maid service was lacking. They didn't take the trash or make the beds up very well, the sheets were sticking out so it was obvious they just threw on the bedspread. A maid never showed when I called to request one. If you want a quiet place with a good complimentary breakfast and a pristine view then this is a good choice, but if you seek helpful staff and good housekeeping, you should stay elsewhere. I will not return.
