| The rooms and 3 pools were all really very nice. We had a balcony room on the second floor (assuming you count the ground floor as Floor 0, as they do) with a nice view of the pools. The room also had a fridge. The hotel is used exclusively by English and German folks (this mirrors Luz itself), and, at least in early May, the guests skewed older, and tended to have children with them. There were a couple of problems: we requested a double bed, and to accomodate this request, they pushed two twin beds together. It was unclear whether any of the rooms had proper double beds. Also, the buffet meals are 15 euros per person, and they seemed pretty terrible. Both tennis and the turkish baths were available for an extra fee (the former perhaps only because we were renting equipment). All in all, a positive experience with just a couple of caveats.
