Please note: All reservations made for March 1, 2005-April 15, 2005 require full prepayment of all room nights, with signed authorization and identification of credit-card holder, which must be faxed to the hotel prior to arrival. A $250 cash, refundable deposit will be required at check-in, and a $10-per-person cash fee (non-refundable) for an identification wristband.
Cancellation policy for these reservations is 30 days prior to arrival, or full payment for forfeited reservations. Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of one to four guests (no exceptions).

| This is an "okay" hotel...nothing to rant and rave about. At least it was clean and had proximity to the beach. For the price, I feel I could have gotten better/more. They don't provide free continental breakfast...only coffee. Our room didn't at least have a coffee pot which is a must and I didn't appreciate that since the management had told me it would. Bathrooms are tiny with only a small lavatory area. Would I go back? Probably not.

| Hotel shows the signs if its age. However, the location is great. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the gulf fromits small balcony. The kitchen was clean and the bathroom small. The rate was very reasonable given its location. I will come back.

| Need I say more, we encountered two cockroaches during our one night stay. Also, the advertised beds were for two queen size beds, they were regular doubles, the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. The pool is way too small,

| Nice beachfront hotel, great for a family vacation. I enjoyed the full size fridge, stove, and dishes. The room got cleaned kind of late, but didn't matter; we were doing something fun all day. I will stay there again.

| Clean and well maintained beach front hotel. Nice view of the sea from the room's balcony, complete kitchen is a plus with kids being hungry all the time.

| I have stayed at many hotels and have never experienced service like this. It was horrible, from the moment when we arrived to after we left. Someone forgot something in the room, and when we called back to ask about it, so they could send it to us, the lady was very rude. In my business, I deal with some rude people, but she takes the cake. It was the worst experience I have ever had, especially at South Padre Island. The room was old and dirty and smelled the whole time we were there. The room was not the type that we reserved, and when we let them know, they only offered a wose option. The whole experience was awful. It almost ruined our stay. I do not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

| Nice, roomy suite with fantastic ocean view. For the low price, you cannot beat it. Located right on the beach, so easy access to sand and surf. Just a block away from the main strip, and minutes away from the causeway and Port Isabel. Have been back before and will go back again.
