| I booked this hotel as a stop over and so wasn't expecting any luxury - that said it is way too expensive as just 'somewhere to sleep'!

| This had to be one of the worst places to stay-staff didn't even speak English properly. When we checked in there was no manager on site and we were told that the 2nd floor room is the only room we could have even though my fiance was on crutches (broken leg) and the hotel has NO ELEVATORS. Spoke to manager who came on at 11 PM. Spoke even less English than the staff. Not very helpful at all. Avoid this hotel.

| Best price around, and it is really only minutes away from downtown Vancouver. The room we got was one of their newer ones, so the condition was pretty nice.

| Although not right in downtown, but fairly close, conveniently located by the lion gate bridge, which connects North Vancouver and Vancouver downtown, better than an average travelodge in the US I've stayed in.

| This is one of the dodgier hotels I've stayed in. It looks pretty run down, and it is. My room smelled like they'd used too much air freshener to cover up some more unpleasant smell. There was discarded furnature outside the hotel. Do you yourself a favor and pay a few bucks more for a decent hotel.
