| This hotel was very good. It was right on the beach next to the St. Augustine protected beachfront/park. The only drawback was there was no Continental breakfast as is the norm nowadays.

| When we arrive to the hotel, the room was not ready. When we finally were able to go to our room it was disgusting, the toilet bowl was dirty, the towels supposely white were gray, we had to purchase some at a store nearby because the ones at the hotel were so dirty. I waked on my socks and they end up nasty... They did not change the towels or the sheets. In the reception area they had a bird & a dog that were rather noisy. The hotel smelled bad in general. We had to move to a different hotel even though it meant to pay twice, but trust me we could not spend one more night in there.

| We chose this hotel because it was 1) Pet Friendly & 2) On the Beach. However, although the staff was friendly, we were not impressed by the hotel. It is in need of serious improvements. The room was clean but old. The towels were very old and paper thin. Every night when we came in we were escorted by a dozen bugs of the hundreds that were on our door. There was a second pool that is "under construction" and looks like it has been that way for several years, just a big pile of dirt". The one bright side is the location, right on the beach and next to the park. However there are many great hotels to chose from and we will avoid this one in the future.

| Nice office staff, however, a large portion of the rug in my room was soaking wet and discusting, (the room should not have been rented.) The bathroom was not too clean. I wouldn't take a shower because of the wet rug and unclean bathroom area. Glad it was only one night. Nice beach front.

| Wish I could tell you better things, but this is my worst online disappointment. Location is the best. Great beach! But the hotel is dirty overall, stained carpets, sheets have strong chlorine smell... And worst of all, the morning after, we found a huge cockroach in the shower...no need to wait until 11:00 am to check out. We were out right away!
