| The hotel is south of the Cool Springs area. Not much going on here, but the price of the room makes it acceptable. Pleasant front desk staff. However, the wireless network was very inadequate.

| Somewhat dated facilities. Small older pool, thin walls. Clean and well staffed but not what I expected for the name.

| I went for a couple of days of R & R.This was just the ticket.Although one exit away from the Cool Springs Mall ,travel to the mall and other attractions in Franklin was easy.I had a room overlooking the woods so it was quiet and peaceful. Staff were friendly and helpful.My room was perfectly clean and breakfast ample.We've stayed at another much more costly hotel before,but will probably choose this one when we go again because it is more out of the way without being too far away.

| I wouldn't say this is a five star hotel, but it is a good place to stay for the price. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

| The hotel had not entered out Expedia reservation when we checked in, but had the reservation in a notebook and was able to meet all our needs. Look, the thing is, when you aim at the lowest price, you have to understand that sometimes you get shorted. This was not at all the case with this property. The desk clerk did all she could to locate and confirm our registration and was extremely apologetic and helpful in getting the situation resolved.

| This hotel is old, with smelly halls, has a lot of visitors with pets, beds are soft.
