We stayed at the Ritz Carlton because we obtained a good rate on Expedia. However, we decided we will vacation there every year in the future because of the superlative service. The consierge staff was amazingly helpful. They knew us by name and understood the types of restaurants and activities that would appeal to us. One day when we were at the pool it started to pour. Hotel staff were waiting in the hall to distribute fresh, clean towels. We can't say enough about the Ritz Carlton, Naples.

I really enjoyed the Champagne Brunch on Sunday. I also recommend the hotel's The Grill as well. Service from the room to the beach was impeccable. Great place to bring friends and family to relax and visit.

This hotel was wonderful! The room was spotless, roomy and beautifully appointed. The view was spectacular. The services on the beach were great.....towels, lounge chairs, iced hand towels! The only negative was the Terrace Restaurant, where we had breakfast. Service was very slow, our food was cold, and the prices were outrageous.
