| Great place to stay! Rooms were clean and comfy and the free breakfast and dinners were a nice touch. Only complaint is that some rooms were in the direct landing pattern for O'Hare but after 10pm you can't really hear the planes anymore. I would go back!!

| Queen suite was comfortable for 2 persons desiring seperate space. The shuttle was a great convience!! The nearby subway was a great way to move about the entire city.

| A buddy and I went up for a weekend event at the Allstate Arena, and booked a room at this hotel (right next door). Our experience was the best I think I've ever had at a hotel. The staff was quite possibly the friendliest group of people I've ever met in any service industry setting. The room was a studio, and I was expecting a cracker-box. It was huge, with a full kitchen, massive couch and bathroom-vanity area! The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room and grounds were immaculate. I'd book a summer trip just to hang out by the pool and the large grill area! Just a wonderful stay, I highly recommend!

| The service and room were excellent. The only fall back was the distance we had to travel to get downtown, otherwise it was perfect.

| No complaints about the place, the breakfast is better than in similar hotels. However, an edgy clerk at the front desk showing "controlled impatience" is not appreciated, especially after you've been driving all day. However, once you get to the room you won't have to deal with the clerk.
