| This hotel billed itself as a budget property when, in fact, it was a unsanitary dive, overrun by spiders. This property is unfit for any resident above the level of a wino.

| The front desk employee was very nice, but the hotel is not. The bed was so old, saggy, lumpy, stained and smelly with springs poking us, that I would have slept on the floor- except I was afraid to get to close to the scrap of carpeting that covered the middle of the floor. The pillows were flat. The walls were thin. The bathroom was basically clean, but lacked counterspace, electrical outlets, towel racks or towel/robe hooks. The water temperature in the shower changed from too hot to too cold during our showers. Mentioning the hotel to cab drivers or bartenders brought exclamations of "are you crazy?" followed by stories of how unsafe the neighborhood is.
