| We are US expats living in Germany and after several weeks of very hot weather and no air conditioning, we needed a nice "American style" hotel with excellent air conditioing. We achieved our mission with the Sheraton Krakow. The hotel is close to the Wawel Castel and only a 10 minute walk to the Main Market Square. The "sweet sleeper" beds are great and the breakfast buffet is good (included in the price of the room). We would definitely stay here again! If you want quaint local charm, this is not the place to stay.

| Excellent and almost brand new hotel ideally located for business and tourism. A bit pricy during high season but with all the comfort of a five star hotel. This was my second stay there and I can't imagine staying in any other hotel in Krakow.

| The Sheraton in Krakow is in a perfect location, one block from Wawel Castle and next to a long riverside running/biking trail. The main city square, Rynek Główny, is within walking distance. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful and professional. My room was a fantastic retreat after days of sightseeing. I'd stay there again for sure.

| This hotel rivals any I have ever been in....you could perform surgery in the bathroom it was that clean. The bed was terrific and the pillows down. The free breakfast was a feast with smoked fish and lox and different exotic juices every morning. You can walk to the market square and the staff at the hotel help you set up tours that pick you up at the hotel. We went on one with a minibus, ended up in a castle having Polish food and drinks with the tour guide and really got to know the other people on the bus. What a great place to be based in! Krakow is an amazing exciting and yet safe city to visit. Stay at this Sheraton. You won't be disappointed. Even the gift shop has wonderful amber jewelry at a great price.
