| My wife and I planned a last minute trip to Sanibel for the weekend & were pleased to find a hotel with this rating available. The staff needs some lessons in customer service. It's amazing what a cheerful smile and hello can do to make one forget the lack of soap in the room, light bulbs burned out, poor quality bedding, etc... It's really too bad because the setting is lovely. The room was very comfortable. The owner(s) of the property should replace the general manager with someone who can teach the staff to be friendly & helpful.
