| We loved the Andrew Pinckney Inn. It had a lot of old fashioned charm, and a great location - we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go in Charleston. Our original room had a leak in the bathroom, but we were promptly moved to another room, which had no problems at all. AC is kind of loud (window unit)and parking is $12 a day, but the staff is very helpful.

| Great room, neat and clean and quiet. First room was a little stale smelling, and somewhat cramped, they moved me immediately and the room was great. Good A/c, nice rooftop coffee service in the A.M., and a short walk to all the best restaurants and nightlife on the Battery. You couldn't get closer to the market and the sights are 5 minutes away.

| Andrew Pinkney Inn gives the ambiance of a centuries old Charlestonian residence with all of the modern conveniences and luxuries that we require when on vacation. The rooms and terrace have a perfect view of downtown area. The staff members are exceptional and very efficient at making your stay a great getaway.

| No pool, breakfast is free but could be better-- place was very clean, interesting and staff very helpful. But, I Did not know I had to pay for parking until I got to the hotel (12 bucks a day)--VERY convienent to the downtown area, you can walk ANYWHERE in Charleston's historic area. Free wireless highspeed in your room is awesome, but my room was very small. Overall, not bad for the price.
