| If you are looking for a centrally located apartment type set up, this was a good find for us. Dollywood, miniature golf, TGIFridays, and an outlet mall are all very close. The Governors Palace theater is right next door, too! What a great show we saw there. It is called Fixin 2 Rain. Heck, you could even walk to always open Wal-Mart!!! You cannot beat that! Downside was if you wanted internet access, you had to use one of two computers in the lobby. Very inconvenient, if that is something you need or prefer. Reason front desk gave for not being able to use it in the rooms that there are too many mountains close by. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and if we happen to return to Sevierville, we would consider staying here again.

| Our overall experience at this condo hotel was good. We just stayed at a similarly priced condo hotel a few weeks ago in Panama City, FL, and were probably spoiled by its decor and luxury. So though it may be a little unfair, were a little surprised at how plain The Resort rooms were. They were clean. Beds were kind of hard, we thought. Location is good; rooms are quiet. I think for the price they should include full maid service, which they do not. Theyu provide 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, and say you can buy more at a local grocery store. (this is printed on the guidelines paper they give you upon checkin.) Call me old-fashioned; I think whatever a hotel rate is, it should include unlimited toilet paper. All considered, not a bad place to stay. If you expect really nice for the price, forget it. If basic and clean does it for you, you'll be happy.

| The layout of the two bedroom condo was very nice. the floor however had food all over it. It appeared not to have been vacuumed. The furnishings expecially the beds were very poor quality. The exhoust fans in the bath rooms were very noisy as well as from the outside. The pools were very nice for the kids;

| We had a great time on this vacation! The area is beautiful, although the traffic was really congested when we arrived (Saturday evening). The resort is in a good location, and there is a wonderful seafood resturant right next door. Our rooms were good sized, and were supplied with everything we needed. There were unattractive skuff marks on the walls from luggage and such, but the rooms were clean! The swimming area is great!!

| Be sure to take your own iron, plates, forks, etc. if you plan on staying at this "resort" condo. Even after multiple requests, never received the items mentioned.

| We had a one bedroom suite(#1209)for four nights and were very pleased. The suite worked well for the three of us, was clean and roomy. Beds were great, bath was large with ample cabinet storage. Our 7 year old loved the pools. There was a kiddie pool, a standard pool, a "lazy river" and hot tub as well as shuffleboard. Several floating rings were provided for guests to share. Very convenenient to outlet shopping, restuarants and Nascar Raceway recreation. Our suite had a washer and dryer which we found convenient.Our only complaint was our unit was sparcely furnished. A sofa, chair and coffee table were in front of the TV but no comfy chair or recliner. Dinette seated four and kitchen had bare essentials. Toaster and coffee maker and basic cookware were included, but only four plates (six each of other tableware items). I would recommend only using the dishwasher when you leave, it made an unbelievably loud racket when running. Our closet had only 3 coat hangers. In spite of these negatives, we would absolutely stay here again. Compared to other locations I had considered in the area, this appeared to be far and above the best and was comfortable, roomy and clean. Our balcony faced the back of the building which was at a wooded hill, very private. We enjoyed our stay and other units may be a little better furnished than ours was.

| I booked this over a holiday weekend and probably paid twice as much as I normally would have. Room was very clean, included a stove and microwave that we didn't use. Had a Lazy river as one of the pools which my son loved. Check in staff was good. Would have liked a complimentary breakfast or cocktail but was not included. It was a nice experience and convenient to a lot of places.
