| The hotel is nice. The rooms, especially the bathrooms, need some work. The bathroom smelled of mildew which was visible on the shower tile. For the price, it's not bad but you can do better at newer hotels.

| The air conditioning didn't work in 2 rooms I had w/ the hotel. Had to move to a 3rd for a/c. It appeared to me that glasses and coffee mugs weren't washed but mearly wiped out leaving behind residue. There are no refrigerators in these rooms. I would not stay at this hotel again.

| Great hotel conveniently located near I-25 and I-225. Staff was friendly and efficient. Our room was good sized--beds were some of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. The pool was due for a thorough cleaning, and some of the deck chair pads need replacing, but otherwise we enjoyed the pool area. The Aspens restaurant food was good.

| You're doing well to find the entrance to this hotel considering there is no entrance from the street listed as it's address. No matter, you would be better off to miss it entirely. The rooms were clean but very cramped. There wasn't enough space in the bathroom for both of our toiletry kits. The counter area with a mirror outside of the bathroom was completely filled up by the coffee maker, glasses and the ice chest. There was no working exhaust fan in the bathroom and I had to fix the sink drain plunger myself. The room had noticeable bare spots and holes on the wall where pictures had been in the past. The pillows were thin and hard. Only half of the table lamps worked and the other half were unplugged upon arrival. The air conditioning worked but it was so loud it couldn't be used when trying to sleep. It wasn't listed anywhere but there was a substantial charge for local and toll free numbers. The pool is nice though if you want to see every person that enters or leaves the building. The employees found it a convenient place for taking cigarette breaks, how special.

| A good stay with two exceptions. The card key was reset before checkout time, and the beds were too soft.

| Service was fantastic, but the sleep number bed was broken and carpet had a mildew-y smell and was rippled, like it had been flooded (but it was on the 6th floor?)

| We stayed here because of their free airport transportation and were delighted with the service. We will probably make this our "airport hotel" from now on.

| For a 3 star establishment, the decor of the hotel and rooms could do with a make over. The room we were given was designated as non smoking (on a non smoking floor) it was obviuosly recently a smoking room and had not been refreshed. There was a distinct smell of tobacco smoke in the room, and cigarette burns in the carpet. There was also candle wax on the carpet and bathroom counters. The bedside lamp would not work as the lead was not long enough to reach the plug. The bed was OK, but the sheet only just fitted the matress. The in room internet access was difficult to set up and would not connect. I called the desk and they sent maintenance, nice guy, but not a computer technician. (He fixed the bedside lamp though). I did eventually use the internet in the lobby. We were only there for about 10 hours so. Although we brought these things to their attention we did not complain. (It's a Brit thing). We wont be returning to this hotel unless its had a major upgrade.
