| Was very pleased with the Felix and glad I chose it. It doesn't look swank from the outside, but the interior is new, very clean and well run. A good value for the money. Easy access to downtown Warsaw via the steetcar (Tram) that runs out front of the hotel.

| Staff was most helpful and understanding for someone who only spoke one language vs. most who speak several. Quite nice breakfast buffet. Expect 20 minutes to downtown Centrum and another 15 to Old Town but the experience of the streetcars and buses is worth it. Extensive public transportation system which is not difficult to understand. Would recommend the Felix Hotel to anyone traveling and visiting Warsaw.
