| We really enjoyed our stay. These units are off the beaten path, which made for a relaxing time. The staff was extremely helpful & friendly. The only thing we found annoying was that we were on the 2 nd level, and the people staying in the room above us were very noisy!!! Be sure and eat at the Cobbly Nob Market just down the road. The food was wonderful !!

| great view, good accomodation for the money. After reading the reviews, we had to try it out. The unit we had was not as clean as the reviews, and the noise from the highway at the bottom of the hill was a constant distraction. The pool was too small and the hot tub was too cool. The furniture in our unit was of very poor quality. We had made some request at time of booking, but there was no record of this and managment stated they were too busy to make changes. If my expectations were not so high from previous reviews this review would be higher but this place is still a very nice location that poeple should consider.

| Away from all the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg but close enough to restaurants and other activites. Condos are as pictured: spacious, clean and a provided a very enjoyable stay with a lovely view and atmosphere. No comparison between this environment and that of a hotel/motel. Enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony each morning. A good value for the money. Highly recommend Deer Ridge. The Expedia price did represent a significant saving.

| So much more comfortable than a squashed hotel room, we were able to spread out and relax, far enough away from the city to enjoy the mountains, close enough to get into Gatlinburg and enjoy the attractions. We will most likely be back. Already planning the trip!

| High at the top of a mountain in Great Smoky Mountain area. A nice place to stay. Excellent mountain view especially during sunset. The room is clean and roomy. The sofa bed is a kind of too "soft". The only inconvenience is the difficulty in finding the resort. A better direction to access the resort would help a rgeat deal.

| The view was amazing from our room! We could see it from our bedrooms and living room. The hotel was very clean and kept up. Everything we could need beside food was provided and it was great! The furnishings were not modern or elaborate, but comfortable. We would definitely go back.

| Looking for a clean, quiet place to stay with a great view? This is it! We had the 1 bedroom with a loft. The kids loved sleeping in the loft. Balcony view was excellent. Only 10 miles to Gatlinburg, but you'll feel like it's a whole different vacation getting away from the crowds. Use the Dudley creek by-pass between #1 traffic light in Gatlinburg to go east and by-pass the #3 light congestion.

| We had a wonderful time at Deer Ridge. Our condo was spacious and immaculate. I'm a little obsessive about cleanliness, and found our condo to be in perfect condition. It was by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed. But the best part was the breathtaking view from our balcony. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool, but I wish there was a close outdoor pool. However, the expansive deck outside the indoor pool was awesome for watching the sunset and eating snacks. I would definitely come here again. Even though it is a little far away, it still was worth the drive.
