| So, I landed in Incheon during a monsoon. Staying at this airport hotel was a good move, in retrospect, as the main roads into Seoul were closed due to flooding. Lesson to others..consider staying at the airport during rainy season. This place is a Best Western, nothing more. Definitely better than sleeping outdoors. Grand restaurant in the lobby offers expensive, cold, bland and unimaginative food. No hint of Korean influence except small portion sizes. Bathtub drain partially clogged, bathroom extremely loud and tilework was done by an unskilled child. Bed and TV were good and airconditioning was barely adaquate, average for this area. Best feature is the convenience store in the lobby, open until midnight. This is a good choice for a quick in-and-out hotel, which is why it is frequented by flight crews.

| the hotel is overpriced. the staff spoke little english. hotel is located in an industrial style area. local restaurants good, but very, very little evening entertainment available. do not stay at this hotel unless you have business in the immediate area and you have to be close to the airport. i am a pilot and lived in korea 7 years, i speak the language. a must if you want to stay at this hotel.

| Why are American hotels so much nicer in foreign countries? I guess we don't want people to see how bad Best Western can be in our own country.

| Enjoyed staying at the hotel, but cost of net access was very high and rooms have limited flexibility for heating / cooling. Good bargain, though, compared to most hotels in the area; very well maintained.
