| I did not feel comfortable staying in the hotel. It looked run down and not cared for. I noticed only a few cars in the parking lot, some beat up pick up trucks. I did not bother to get out of the car and called expedia for a re-booking.

| Upon our arrival our room was half clean. The bed had clean sheets and the bathroom was clean. However, the carpet was so dirty and not vacuumed. I made sure I had slippers on at all time. We had to go down to the office to get towels (only had 2 bath, no hand or wash or bath mat) no soap, shampoo or any type of glasses. There was half of a hair dryer, the bracket, but no dryer. The ice bucket had not been cleaned, half full of water. The shower curtain was so dirty, I took it down and took it to the office for a replacement. They gave me one that had been laundered, but so stained with mildew it was just as gross. No blanket on the bed. Had to get one from the office. They didn't seem to think any of this was a problem. A housekeeper didn't visit our room during the stay, we went down to get the clean towels ourselves. Not sure if there was a housekeeper on our floor because just a few doors down there was a garbage bag and a garbage can with the same contents. I wasn't sure what expedia's policy was to leave, because we had prepaid. Will definitely not do that again. Sorry expedia!

| The shower curtains were moldly, the matresses were sagging, the palce was basically a dive. Overpriced for the "econo" rate.

| We stayed 2 nights in the middle of September. The young lady at the front desk was helpful, but alone! She gave us a room with a broken AC unit and changed us to a new room. The new room's bathroom fan was very loud and woke up the dead during the night. After a day of sightseeing from 9AM to 7PM, we returned to an unserviced room. Again, the front desk staff was alone on property and gave us clean towels. She said they had one house keeper and the others moved back to Russia. We could hear every voice outside the room.

| I wouldn't stay here for extended vacation time but it was a good overnight place within walking distance to Maine Mall and a fantastic restaurant called Sebagos Brewery.

| The srevice was outstanding at all times. Any problems were taken care of in short time(like out of towles...cleaning room...needs more soap...ect.)and with a smile on there face. the only bad things I have to say about my time at this place is that the breakfast needed alittle more to it(bagles...coffee...jelly...toster is the only things there.) and the beds are hard it would be nicer if there bedding was thicker or something to make it a little softer... but the loction was good and the staff was grate...so good job to the hotel and I would stay there again. thank for the out standing service.

| The hotel is conveniently located. Basic accommodations, plain and simple but we decided to stay the whole week with them because the staff was so accommodating.
