| The staff was very friendly-asked us each day how we were and if we were enjoying our stay. When the TV remote got reprogrammed by mistake and wouldn't work they were very quick to get it working. There was a crack in the bathtub mat that should be repaired, but otherwise it was a pretty nice room.

| Top 8 reasons we would never stay at this hotel again: 8)Poorly maintained; cracked sink, cracked and missing bathroom tiles, hallways were blazing hot, toilet did not flush unless you held handle a couple of minutes. 7)Pool is NOT on the property but across the parking lot and lawn of hotel next door, quite inconvenient. 6)Had to beg for two days for an iron. Finally got an iron but no ironing board. 5)Very noisy inside; walls must be very thin for us to hear foot traffic of other guests. 4)Electrical outlets few and far between. Only one outlet in sink area and it only loosely held the plug for blowdryer, etc. When drying our hair, we had to replug several times. Had to unplug a lamp behind the dresser to plug in the iron. Had to unplug either the lamp or clock radio in order to had a place for CPAP. Our curses on the architect. 3)Only minimally clean; lots of dirt along edges of carpet and in corners, bedspreads had doubtful odor. 2)Most uncomfortable beds we have ever attempted to sleep on. We wondered aloud to the housekeeper if the more expensive suites had newer or more comfortable beds. If anybody knows the place, she does, right? She said, "Baby, yall ain't the first ones to complain about the beds. They all the same. Just because the room costs more here don't mean the beds feel any better." 1)SEVEN, count 'em, SEVEN long, loud trains passed by a block away each night. Don't think we didn't hear every single one.
