| The hotel was under construction when we were there so things were just getting organized. The morning and afternoon front desk people were exemplary. They were helpful and friendly. The room was lovely. There is no hotel parking lot, but the public lot is only a block away. The location is excellent in the middle of the city.

| Good location but hotel lacks modern amenities. Bathrooms, televisions, etc..... not state of the art. Old world feel.... but not old world charm.

| Think again before going here - the concierge is the WORST. You are on your own for everything - they couldn't even give me directions! Everytime I asked them something, they would say, "I don't know" and smile. The housecleaning didn't clean my bathroom shower one day, the sheets were not changed daily and the windows were covered in bird crap.

| The service was tremendous and the rooms were very comfortable. The location couldn't be any better. You are within walking distance to everything you could possibly do in the city centre. I can't wait to get back there.
