| Room was fine. Cleaning service lacked a bit. We were asked IF we wanted our room serviced. I had to request towels after all were removed from the room. The breakfast was very good every day. The only problem is there is only one small coffee pot for lots of people. The pool was very nice and clean.

| The hotel is new, close to beaches and shopping. The room was very nice the only negative was that the room was not cleaned very well on my second day. Room had a refrigerator,microwave and coffee pot. I will go back.

| on the second night, the door lock broke and i was locked out of my room for one hour. the manager did comp us with a movie, but the lock was not fixed when it was said it would, nor did our room get cleaned when they said it would. the toilet also clogged several times and it took several confrontations to get it fixed. the room size is adequate and is close to the beach, and the water park, but the competancy of the employees leaves much to be desired.

| New condition, shows no sign of wear yet. Quiet location 3 blocks from beach. Cheerful staff. You should know that anywhere you stay in Destin is not copnvenient to the beach, and the storms have left beaches in poor shape.

| We were tired of staying at the regular places in San Destin. This was a great change. Brand new. Beautiful rooms. Close to everything.
