| Didn't even have clean towels in room upon check in. We stayed two nights and no one entered our room to clean or provide fresh towels for the second night. Extremely old elevator that smells moldy. I wouldn't even give this hotel one star yet the price was more than I've paid for many 3-4 star hotels. Look elsewhere! Stay in your car if you have too!

| A friend and I travel to Ozzfest every year and try to find a reasonably priced place to stay. This hotel was very reasonable, clean, and the night manager was very accomodating. The phone in our room did not work and he let me use the desk phone. He even dialed the number and made sure there was a connection. See you next year?

| The hotel room was the smallest I have ever seen. Facilities were old and not very clean. The air conditioner was so loud it was difficult to sleep.

| I simply could not believe the complete lack of service or even the hint of an apology when things went wrong, or the sheer amount of times I had to contact the front desk in response to a problem. I travel for work frequently & there is not always a standard hotel chain available, so I have stayed in some bad hotels, but you expect a limited level of service when staying in a chain, this is simply & without a doubt my Worst stay EVER. In my 6 nights at this hotel my room was only cleaned or rather straightened twice. My key did not work each night I came back 4/6 nights. Apparently guests do not rate either towels or cloths regularly, had to ask for nearly each night, and even when room was actually attended to. The entire time we were there the air-conditioning was not working properly and by the 4th night over half the lighting quit with no resolution. Requesting a receipt I was also told that since it was prepaid through Expedia that they did not provide them. I would Not recommend this hotel.

| My wife and I were greeted with the loud sounds of the Karoke night in the lounge while we waited over ten minutes for someone to check us in. We then discovered we had stepped back in time as we had to manually pull the elvator door open and slide the metal "safety" door out of the way. While the room was clean, the linens in the bathroom were not. The room was also cramped. It is also animal friendly, so unless you like barking dogs while you try to sleep, I would try another hotel. For the price we paid, I would expect a more updated and accomodating atmosphere.
