| this hotel was fairly new, rooms were attractive and clean. There seemed to be only one person available in the evenings so that anything that staff needed to bring to the room was slow. Staff courtesy was 3 out of 5, completely adequate but not particularly warm. The hotel is between the airport and downtown so there were only 3 restaurants (all chain restaurants)that were within walking distance. The cab ride to downtown was quite expensive ($15.00 one way). We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We found it funny that in a place with such beautiful annual flowers that they had fake flowers in the hanging baskets by the entrance!!!

| Very helpful staff with great service. Rooms were extremely nice and location was good (about 40 blocks from downtown). Taxi ride was about $12.00, but cost of this hotel as compared to those downtown more than justified that. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

| Hotel is very conveniently located and has a nice view of the Mountains. Good breakfast service. Very clean.
