| The facility is very nice and of a higher standard than I would have expected of a Hampton Inn. We booked the king suite with jacuzzi in the room and think that we overpaid. The precaution of cleansing the jaccuzzi by running it with disinfectant before using it (as recommended in a newspaper article that we read recently) seemed to be worthwhile because apparently hotels don't have their housekeepers do that. The room was pleasant but could be furnished more appropriately with a larger table than the card table that seemed underscaled in the spacious area it occupied. A larger screen television would also be appropriate for the room size and arrangement, and we were disappointed that the television couldn't be viewed from the sofa bed (I didn't rearrange the room, but was tempted to do so). Most of the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but a lack of professional training is evident.
