| Nice staff, clean rooms and lobby, and excellent views of downtown Toronto and Lake Ontario. It's close to all of the major downtown attractions - Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre, CN Tower, Convention Center, Yonge St, Hockey Hall of Fame, and Union Station (for catching the subway). Highly recommended.

| Will never be back. They were doing works when I stayed so noisy and messy. Very over- rated and nothing personal about my stay. Rpoms are veru noisy as you can hear next door. Pool area is dirty and hotel overall looks very dated and tired both inside and outside. Terrible stay. Also have reported back to my firm not tp send other employees

| The hotel's rooms are dated. Our room was not in the best shape. It needed a serious facelift. We were very disappointed with the rooftop restaurant Toula. Overall, we would probably look for another place to stay if back in Toronto.

| This hotel is right on the harbor, next to the ferry docks and blocks from almost every downtown attraction. The room was extremely comfortable and the view of the harbor and islands was incredible (south tower). We walked everywhere except the airport - Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Center, Fort York, St. Lawrence Market - but there was also plenty of public transportation available (buses, subway) at almost every corner.

| Great place according to Westin standards, although more so on the lower end. If you are staying in Toronto, Canada this is one of my top three choices since it is right on the harbour with a lake view, and easy walking distance to all major landmarks.

| The only reason I would not recomend the hotel is because it is not near anything. It is seperated from downtown by a highway which made walking around harder

| Local transportation is within walking distance and/or come to the hotel. Harbour Castle is also close to Air Canada Centre, underground shopping, Eaton Centre and a short distance to high end stores too. Staff is very nice and helpful.
