| Sleeping was fine. However, the family needs help! Plenty of upgrades need to be made before the price is valid. Bed and breakfast without breakfast?? I'm sure if the work can be completed things will be fine.

| Don't let the outside fool you! Inside the warmth of the fire awaits you. I did not have the pleasure of meeting the husband but the wife and daughter were absolutely polite and charming. The bar and dining room are can only be described as quaint and cute. Our room was impeccable and the bathroom across the hallway was obviously recently redone as it looked immaculate. I look forward to adding the Hickory Grove Inn to part of my annual fall trip next year and thereafter.

| We weren't sure about the place when we first pulled up. I am sure the bad weather had something to do with it but what a cozy place. There was beautiful music playing when we came in, Matt the inn keeper was very pleasant and gave us a quick tour and made us feel very at home. The living area was so cozy with the fire going and all the books available to read. The only downer was the bed wasn't the most comfortable but I have back problems that didn't help. I would definately go back. I want to go in the summer time so I can take advantage of the hamock on the pourch! A+++

| Me and a friend went to this hotel when the hall of fame game with the Boston Red Sox were playing. This small inn was about 6 miles from the village of Cooperstown itself and right in the middle of no where. When we got here at first we were not very happy until we got back froma verylong day in Cooperstown. The room was very inviting. I was very comfortable and slept very well. I would love tocome back when it is warmer to be able to see what more it has to offer.
