| We went for labor day weekend. There was plenty of beach so it didn't feel crowded even though lots of people were there. The tide does come in - but put your stuff close to the dunes and you'll have beach all day. We rented an umbrella and chairs for a very reasonable price - but with a golf cart, it is rather easy to haul your own stuff if you have it.

| We stayed in a 3 br house with wonderful views of the ocean and close to the swimming pool. Grandchildren loved riding around in the golf cart and the childrens Camp Fripp. Very slow paced and relaxing vacation. We stocked up on food before we got to the island but also enjoyed pizza and other restraunts on the island. We look forward to going back.

| We rented a 3 bedroom villa and enjoyed it very much. It had everything we needed and things we didn't expect. The resort is out a good ways from town, so you just need to come prepared with your food, tolietries, even laundry soap if you want to wash clothes. It is very peaceful, relaxing, and a beautiful place.

| Our lodging was a 2 bedroom/2 bath beach club villa with canal/marsh view located in the middle of the island. It was clean and updated with a screened in balcony. Only downside was 3rd floor location with no elevator. I would definitely stay in this location again. Call the resort in advance of arrival to reserve a golf cart which is the primary mode of transportation. You can use your car but it is much easier to find golf cart parking near the beach and pools, plus it keeps the car sand free. Call resort directly 3 days prior to arrival to get your unit number which you can view online. There are restaurants on Fripp which were good if you don't want to cook. Our visit was in July and we can't wait to go back.

| Loved it. We stayed in a two bedroom/two bath house with two screened in porches and full kitchen. Easy access to all the amenities. The pools were very nice and the wildlife was fascinating. This is definately the place to take your family for a nice get-a-way. We'll definately be back.

| Fripp Island is a beautiful place to vacation. We stayed there July 15th - July 21st. Our resort was very clean and nice. Very pretty Island. I went with my husband and 3 kids. The only bad thing was there was not a lot to do for the kids expect swim. I will say it is a very realixing place to go, it that's what your looking to do. There's just not a lot of entertament. I would defentaily go back, just not with my children. ( Maybe when there much older and they don't have to be entertained as much). Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

| Planning to return next year! Awesome resort style destination with lodging to suit all requirements. All staff members we encountered were extremely polite and knowlegable about the services they were providing and eager to assist with any of our needs. The childrens activity list is extensive and there is no need for concerns of safety. There are lots of kids but yet it is very relaxed and quiet. The beach at low tide is massive and not at all crowded we spent a lot of time there.

| My family and I spent 3 days at Fripp Island in a spacious and clean 3 bedroom home with a lovely view of the salt marshes and the open ocean. What a value! This place was totally uncrowded (28 different private beach access points) and my family had 100 ft. of beach to ourselves most of the time. We'd love to have the same home again for a week again soon!

| We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was very nice, clean and well-maintained. The screened in balcony area was nice, as well. The beach was great! The umbrellas and chairs were available for rent for reasonable prices. It is a pretty good distance to go to places to eat, but we found some nice ones in Beaufort. Just be prepared for a little drive for restaurants and a grocery store. They have added a little market on the island for small items, though. We really enjoyed the trip and the wildlife was an added bonus. I would definitely go back!

| If you are going in the summer, you had better have kids or expect to see a bunch of them. This is a family resort.......not for couples. Also, had wasps outside of our doors each day...very annoying and disrupting. We could not sit out on the porch we paid so much to get overlooking the ocean.
