What to expect: The hotel’s close proximity to Reagan National Airport keeps the contemporary glass-and-marble lobby busy with visitors. Corporate travelers predominate during weekdays--in town for business with the Pentagon two Metro stops away, or businesses in Crystal City mall. On weekends, families arrive to see the sights in the nation’s capital.
Amenity highlights: The hotel’s indoor lap pool and spa tub are almost completely enclosed by glass. Full-length windows and glass doors open onto patios overlooking the airport, the Potomac to the east, and the wooded hills of suburban Virginia to the west. | We had a great time and the beds were extremely comfortable. The hotel was wonderful helping us out when our luggage was lost: giving us directions to shopping (one metro stop away)and letting us help ourselves at the gift shop for necessities.

| The pillow-top beds were cozy, and the toiletries were very nice. There should be plastic bags in the wastebaskets, though. The cleaning staff was also very friendly.

| Initially I requested a crib twice since I was travelling with my 5 month old. It never came so I was not pleased with the staff that handled this. However, the next shift of staff members totally made up for this. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They even picked up my car from parking for me while I waited in the lobby b/c I had my infant daughter. I would definitely stay there again (so long as I don't check-in during the morning (would like my requests to be filled).

| It is always a pleasure to stay at the Marriott Crystal City Reagan National Airport. Not only is the staff efficient and courteous, but very friendly as well. They are knowledgeable about the surrounding area which is helpful to the out-of -towner. Safety is a big concern for me and having access to the underground shops and the Metro gives me the freedom to move about in safety.

| I stayed there the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving. After being assigned a room with two double beds, I asked the person at the front desk if I could have a room with only one bed. Not only did he fulfill my request, he upgraded me to a beautiful suite at no additional cost. The airport shuttle was also very expedient and the driver was very friendly. A great place to stay!!
