| Hotel was clean, the cheapest I found. It was slightly out-dated. Maybe more of an 80's era. There were many pluses...Privately owned, counter staff was the best. Very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Hotel located on bus line to falls which is only a 1.5 miles away. Restuarants within walking distance.

| Very decent on the inside for such a bargain hotel. We were worried when we pulled up and saw the outside, but were very impressed with the room.
