| This hotel's main draw was its shuttle service and location near O'Hare. Unfortunately the shuttle wasn't offered until mid-morning, and we had to get cabs for our flights at eight and nine. Needless to say, the offer of a shuttle was useless. In addition, two people in our party awoke itching and with red marks. Bedbugs was our personal diagnoses.

| Very good cost benefit for who are going to conventions at Donald E. Convention Center. Hotel offers web access and breakfast for a fair price.

| The hotel staff was friendly and curtious and deserved to be working in a top rate hotel. However, this was not one. The rooms are outdated, moldy, dirty, and in serious need of major repairs.
