| Stayed for 3 nights in their cheapest room. The beds were hard, and the complementary soap in the bathroom had been opened and used. The complementary breakfast was nothing special, but wasn't bad. The lobby and pool area were nicely decorated and clean. A more expensive room would probably have provided a better experience. When I checked out, the desk clerk said that they could not provide a printed receipt for my stay--a major inconvenience for business travellers.
