| Everything was as it should be! The room, pool area, halls, and lobby were clean, the people were knowledgeable and friendly, the service was excellent, and it felt comfortable!

| Once again this hotel chain has not only met, but exceeded our expectations. From the moment we entered the hotel, the customer service was never ending. Within the first two minutes that we were in our room, we received a call from the front desk to make sure that our room was ok. When we requested more towels and hangers, they arrived within five minutes with a follow up call from the front desk again to make sure we received what we requested. Our entire stay was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area and need a place to stay that is conviently located to shopping, eating and "the triangle".
