| The front desk had two people, only. Sometimes only one person working. There was always a line when you needed something. There was'nt any ramp around to wheel you luggage. There were stairs everywhere, even at the main entrance(7 steps). The only good thing about this place is the garden and it's right on the beach.

| People are very friendly; room was nice. It was winter, so the weather was off and on. The pool is not heated during the winter, although they did clean it daily. The room was pleasant to stay in. TV has no english channels, except for CNN....all else in French/German/Arabic. The coffee is something to be desired. Overall, a good and fun experience. The staff was helpful.
