| We thought the hotel had very nice but slightly small rooms. The bed & linens were great. Above average bathroom, but not the best in Vegas. In room coffee, but the first day we had no decaf & the second day no cream & sugar. Would stay again if the price was better than others in the same class.

| Everything in this hotel is clean and like new. There is a Phillips Flatscreen HDTV, a CD player, cordless phone and free high speed internet in your room. The bathroom has a sliding door, and a separate shower and tub. There are enough pillows on the bed and enough towels in the bathroom for two families. There is a fridge, but no minibar. I do not really care about minibars, but some people do. Room service was very prompt and courteous. I ordered a meal and was told it would be here in 40 minutes. It was here in less than 10. Bellhops, desk staff and room service were very professional. This hotel is all about cleanliness and service. If you want to be in the middle of the city, then this is not the place, but if you want a relatively quiet room at a good price and good service, then stay here.

| For the price paid, there are much much better hotels in the area. The customer service for this Renaissance is poor. This hotel doesn't live up to other Renaissance hotels.
